New Password Security Answers

This site allows you to answer your security questions and will issue you with a new password.

If you know your password, but just want to change it to something more meaningful, you do not need to use this site. Just press Ctrl, Alt & Delete on any University computer to change your password or click the Change Password link in the bottom right-hand corner of the page if using desktopANYWHERE.

Creating Your New Password

Please note that you only have three attempts at these questions. If you fail to provide the correct answers by the third attempt, no more requests will be accepted. Under these circumstances you will need to wait 15 minutes before trying again or you could contact the IT Helpline.
